9696 Skillman Pharmacy Renovation

Metrocare is seeking formal proposals from General Contractors for an existing 3,490 sq ft. office suite that is being converted into a Class A closed Pharmacy located at 9696 Skillman St. Dallas, TX 75243. Metrocare is requesting proposals for construction services for the renovation of the existing space. Metrocare facilities business hours are from M-F 8am - 5pm. Preconstruction Site Walkthru: Pre-Proposal Date Pre-Proposal Time C.T. Wednesday, January 28, 2026 1:00 pm C.T Metrocare is anticipating the project to commence in March 2026. The proposal pricing shall include full turn-key services for labor, materials, debris removal, and disposal as well as any permitting that may be necessary to complete the project. These improvements aim to ensure the facility’s structural integrity, energy efficiency, and overall safety, in compliance with all relevant healthcare facility regulations.
