Janitorial Services for Daytona Beach International Airport

The County of Volusia is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide janitorial services at Daytona Beach International Airport. The area subject to janitorial services is approximately 141,738 square feet and the services must be provided daily including weekends and holidays as detailed in the Scope of Work document. Due to the Transportation Security Administration security requirements, all janitorial employees will be required to pass a fingerprint-based criminal history background check and a security threat assessment. The Airport is currently completing Terminal Building renovations with some areas not requiring cleaning. A renovation schedule will be provided to the awarded Contractor. Once the renovations are 100% complete, the entirety of the airport shall be serviced. The County reserves the right to either add or remove square footage and/or frequency of service(s) at any time during the resulting contract.
