Scott Community Center Interior Renovation

The project consists of renovations to the Scott Community Center as described in the project plans. The project is located at Scott Recreation Complex – 242 Scott Hill Road, St. Helena Island, SC 29920 The project scope includes: Interior Demolition New cabinets and counter tops Replace flooring Painting of interior surfaces Replace or Repair ceiling tile systems. (as indicated) Replace light fixtures with LED Renovate restrooms Replace existing electric water heater with propane Tankless Water Heater Coordinate locating additional security cameras and provide conduit for low voltage wiring for cameras as required by IT Department. (County IT staff to perform installation of cameras)
