(1) Vendor needs to provide marine services to the government authority located in Montpelier, VT. – Frequently during the operating season, various equipment and materials, including firewood and trash, need to be transported to and from the various.– In addition, other specialized marine related services (diving, light construction) are required to sustain the ongoing operations of the remote parks.– Provide marine equipment and material transportation logistics including but not limited to:– Transport up to a 20–ton rolling load to and from remote parks.– Tow vessels up to 47 tons.– Vessel shall be suitable for easy loading and unloading on uneven, steep terrain.– Provide trucking services for debris removal, and firewood or aggregate deliveries.
