Vendor needs to provide award management and administrative support services to the government authority located in Bethesda, MD.– Manage pre–award and post–award processes, including preparation, negotiation, execution, and closeout of subcontracts– Support milestone–based funding programs, including validation and risk review projects – Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for program workflows and coordination – Conduct proposal coordination, evaluation support, and contract award administration– Monitor contractor performance, milestones, deliverables, and payments– Provide financial management support, including invoice review and payment processing – Deliver ongoing technical, administrative, and reporting support throughout the project lifecycle– Support communications, compliance, and coordination across program stakeholders
