Se trata de la adquisición y adaptación de una aplicación de gestión parlamentaria que permita realizar la gestión, seguimiento, control y consulta de los expedientes parlamentarios desde su entrada en el registro electrónico hasta su finalización y archivo en el archivo electrónico único del Parlamento de Cantabria. Igualmente, se incluye el mantenimiento de la aplicación durante un periodo de cuatro años.
