SIGNAL BUTTE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS, APPLEBY TO ¼ MILE NORTH

The Town of Queen Creek is seeking bids from qualified Contractors for Capital Improvement Project (CIP) No. A0801 Signal Butte Road Improvements , Appleby to ¼ Mile North to widen an approximate ¼ mile section of Signal Butte Road from just south of Appleby Road to just south of Madera Drive. Improvements shall consist of adding two, new southbound lanes and one, multidirectional, center turn lane, a new, southbound bike lane, curb and gutter, 6’ wide sidewalk, street lighting, landscaping, pavement marking and signage and reconfiguration of a section of Town of Queen Creek ITS raceways. Drainage modifications along the road will include the addition of storm drain piping, catch basins, scuppers, retention basin, trench drains and a drywell. Improvements shall include furnishing all labor, tools, material, equipment, and any other incidentals necessary to construct the following per the project construction documents: earthwork, pavement, utilities, landscaping/irrigation and incidental work. The following existing dry utilities will be relocated or encountered during this project; SRP Power Distribution, Lumen (CenturyLink), Cox Comm., Town of Queen Creek ITS and water Main. It will be the CONTRACTOR’s responsibility to field verify all utility locations and to coordinate in a timely manner with the pertinent utility companies so that any obstructing utility installation may be adjusted without delay to the CONTRACTOR’s project schedule.
