Loan No./Credit No./ Grant No.: Credit No: 7049-KG; Grant No: D976-KG RFB Reference No.: ARIS-IDA-RED2-W-L-RFB-2026-3 The Kyrgyz Republic has received financial aid from the World Bank to cover the costs of the Second Regional Economic Development Project in the Batken region (REDP-2) and intends to use part of the funds to make payments under the Construction of the Laboratory Building of the Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance (CSSES) at Chet-Bulak Quarter, Batken City. Under this Contract, the Borrower will make payments using the direct payment method as defined in the World Bank Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing. 2. Hereby the Community Development and Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic, invites eligible bidders to submit applications in sealed envelopes for Construction of the Laboratory Building of the Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance (CSSES) at Chet-Bulak Quarter, Batken City. 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Proposals (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers issued in September 2023. ("Procurement Rules"), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Rules. 4.
