(1) Vendor needs to provide help desk and IT services to the government authority located in California.– Provide help desk, end user IT Support, and related professional IT infrastructure support services for Agency staff and approved systems– End User Help Desk Support Services– Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk services for approximately 135 users and 150 Windows 11 workstations– Infrastructure Support – Server: provide server infrastructure support services and serve as a backup system engineering resource for agency internal IT staff(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
