The City of Tucson is seeking a qualified consultant for Professional Engineering Design Services for the design of 1st Avenue- River Road to Grant Road. The City invites interested firms to submit written Statements of Qualifications relating to this solicitation. A Screening Committee will evaluate firms’ qualifications and experience with similar projects (Step 1). Up to THREE (3) firms determined to be best qualified will then be invited to participate in a presentation/interview (Step 2) with the highest rated firm then entering into contract negotiations with the City.
