(1) Vendor needs to provide third–party testing and inspection services to the government authority located in Wisconsin.– Geotechnical testing and inspection firms to submit proposals for construction–phase services associated with site development and mass grading for the jail/law enforcement center project.– General construction observation, testing, and reporting to verify compliance with project geotechnical recommendations, drawings, and specifications.– Observation and testing of subgrade preparation and proof rolling– Observation and testing associated with site grading, utilities, and stormwater systems.– Compaction testing of structural fill.– Classification and testing of fill materials– Inspection of subgrade conditions prior to placement of fill– Foundation bearing testing and evaluation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
