Washington County, Oregon (“County”), is requesting proposals from firms who specialize in organizational and operational reviews of services to conduct an assessment and develop three “sustainable service delivery and funding” scenarios for the Current Planning and Building Services sections in the Department of Land Use & Transportation. Project budget is estimated between $40,000 to $65,000. However responders are encouraged to provide their own budgets to complete the project. The estimated timeline begins November 1, 2021; services should be estimated as required through June 2022 as shown in the anticipated timeline and milestones outlined later in this document.
