Description
The City of West Sacramento (City) is requesting statements of qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms for on-call land use and transportation planning services related to de-industrialization and its effects on local and regional goods movement, traffic intensification and related climate impacts. The City is in the process of exploring the implications of massive de-industrialization activities within many of its waterfront districts and is looking for a firm to prepare one or more technical memorandum reports to help inform land use decisions related to transportation patters, feasibility studies, and traffic impact fee schedules that are consistent with the 2035 General Plan (GP) vision.
