TELCOM-2906 - USA (Charleston, South Carolina) - Telecommunications Systems Operations and Maintenance Service - Deadline August 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide telecommunications systems operations and maintenance service to the government authority located in Charleston, SC.– The Telephone Switch System, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) equipment, Media Gateways, Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP) infrastructure, Primary Rate Interface (PRI) and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunks, the Telecommunication Management System (TMS), Call Accounting System (CAS), Voice Mail, Voice Protection System (VPS), Global Positioning Services (GPS), along with equipment integrated into auxiliary radio, wireless, and paging networks, CIPS/CVC, copper and fiber infrastructure, and all equipment.– The contractor shall gather and electronically store records output from the CAS as formatted by the system unique communications with latest software version.         (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.           (4) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business.
