Housing Authority Public Water System Water Operator Services and Maintenance

The Napa County Housing Authority (Authority) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) in order to obtain public water system (PWS) water system operator services and maintenance at the three county-owned farmworker housing centers (Centers), including the Calistoga Center located at 3996 St. Helena Highway, Calistoga 94515, the River Ranch Center located at 1109 Silverado Trail South, St. Helena 94547, and the Mondavi Center located at 5589 Silverado Trail, Napa 94558. It is anticipated that the term of the contract will be an initial three (3) year contract, followed by two (2) single year options.
