(1) Vendor needs to provide community paramedicine curriculum service to the government authority located in Tulsa, OK.• professional programs in areas including osteopathic medicine, athletic training, biomedical sciences, forensic sciences, health care administration and physician assistant studies. With small class sizes and a strong emphasis on hands–on learning, students benefit from personalized instruction, clinical training and research opportunities that prepare them for real–world impact.• The selected vendor shall:1. Demonstrate experience developing customized curriculum for healthcare, EMS, public safety, or emergency response organizations.2. Experience utilizing evidence–based adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.3. Ability to conduct stakeholder engagement and needs assessment activities to inform curriculum development.4. Ability to develop a customized curriculum specific to Oklahoma community paramedicine operations, including rural healthcare considerations and state–specific resources.5. Experience designing scenario–based learning activities, practical exercises, and performance–based assessments.6. Ability to develop both instructor–led and online learning materials, including synchronous and asynchronous content.7. Established quality assurance and review processes for curriculum development and revision.8. Ability to support pilot testing, evaluation, and refinement of curriculum materials prior to final implementation.9. Project fully implemented by October 16,2026.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026
