(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic marketing, content creation and video production services.– Assist in strategic marketing and communications, media advisory, and crisis management. – Develop strategy and design, write, publish, and post digital and printed collateral to share information and promote positive news about the city across multiple outlets and platforms.– Marketing and communications content creation and enhance the city's image and brand identity through media management and strategic tactics that generate favourable coverage for the city.– Social media management, strategy, and content and digital graphic development across various City platforms. – Spanish and Korean translation in both written and verbal formats as needed for print materials, video materials, and events. – Video production, photography, aerial imagery, and public information video packages (e.g. PSAs, project updates, meeting recordings) for City initiatives. – Measurement and reporting through analytics dashboards and engagement metrics. – Media relations support, including statements, press releases, media advisories, other appropriate communications, general outreach, and responses to media inquiries. – Strategic media and public relations planning documents and work plans to address immediate and long–term needs of the city. – Coordinate publicity for City–sponsored programs and events.
