Se Dixie Highway (County Road A1A) Utility Relocation Project

The Utilities & Engineering Department would like to request an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the SE Dixie Highway (County Road A1A) Utility Relocation Project. We would like to solicit qualified underground utility & excavation contractors to submit bid proposals for construction of the SE Dixie Highway (County Road A1A) Utility Relocation Project. The project consists of erosion control, installation of HDPE three (3) water mains and one (1) force main via horizontal direction drill (HDD), connections to existing force main and water mains, installation of all valves and appurtenances necessary, construction of two (2) water services, construction of sample points, abandonment and grouting of existing utility infrastructure, asphalt roadway removal and replacement including pavement markings, concrete driveway removal and replacement, sod, tree/shrubbery, and miscellaneous restoration. Work shall include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, unless specified otherwise, to complete the work as specified and in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and other contract documents.
