Implement temporary traffic control and temporary erosion control measures 2. Install new drainage features including pipe, manholes, and inlets 3. Install sanitary sewer lines 4. Construct gravity retaining wall 5. Construct prefabricated sound walls 6. Perform cold plane pavement removal 7. Construct aggregate base and asphalt concrete pavement 8. Construct concrete curbs, gutters, islands, sidewalks, and driveways 9. Install permanent signing and striping 10. Install illumination, traffic signals and fiber optic communications system 11. Install permanent seeding and landscaping 12. Construct 48-inch water transmission line 13. Perform additional and Incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans.
