Rape Crisis Center Renovation

The scope of work shall consist of but not limited to the following: An interior build-out of a medical-office type use constructed in an existing building shell. There is demolition, some new plumbing, new mechanical ductwork, a new electrical panel serving the entire new build-out space, modification to existing fire sprinkler and fire alarm system. Existing exterior doors will be upgraded with electronic controls. Site work will consist of modification of existing landscaped area to accommodate a new secured parking area including security screen wall, security control operated gate with an additional site light.
