'Project Description: Work to include, but not limited to, enlarging of office space, cabinet demolition, removing/relocating interior windows, ceiling tile replacement, patch and paint throughout. Project will be completed in 2 phases. Refer to BID DOCS for phasing. There will be approximately 1 month gap between Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the project. Contractor is to include all costs for phasing the project in the base bid.
