Elevator modernization for Myrtle Park elevator in Bluffton 4819 Bluffton Parkway (Bluffton S.C.) 29910; Purpose The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to outline the requirements and expectations for the modernization of the elevator system at 4819 Bluffton Parkway, Bluffton S.C, 29910. This project aims to improve the efficiency, safety, and aesthetics of the elevator, ensuring compliance with current codes and standards. Background The existing elevator system has been in operation for over 19 years and is experiencing increased downtime, reduced performance, and is not compliant with the latest safety regulations. Modernizing the elevator will enhance service reliability and passenger safety while reducing maintenance costs. Scope of Work Deliverables Assessment and Design Conduct a thorough assessment of the current elevator system. Provide a detailed modernization plan, including engineering designs and specifications. Installation Upgrade the elevator control system to a modern, energy-efficient system. Replace or refurbish the elevator cab, doors, and interior finishes.
