Location and Elevators: S James Foxman Justice Center Passenger Elevator 1 and 2, Prisoner Elevator, Judges Elevator. All engineering, equipment, labor, and permits required to satisfactorily complete elevator modernization required by Contract Documents. Project Costs shall be inclusive of Preventive Maintenance, Service, Testing and parts replacement for the 12 Month Warranty Period following Final Acceptance of the modernization in accordance with the Portfolio Master Elevator Service Agreement.
