(1) Vendor needs to provide oracle fixed asset implementation solution. • Implement and operationalize the Oracle EBS Fixed Assets Module, including data migration of AC150 (Capital Fixed Assets) from spreadsheets, and Movable Asset Information System (legacy mainframe system) (movable asset data available in Oracle database), and establishing interfaces with specified systems, based on the following use cases and requirements.• Encompasses design (including configuration and custom coding), development, testing, data migration, interfacing, deployment, training, and knowledge transfer, ensuring seamless integration• Migrate historical fixed asset data (e.g., buildings, water meters, infrastructure, and pipe assets) from an Excel file to the Oracle EBS Fixed Assets Module.• Enable creation of new fixed asset entries, including water meters, with user–friendly forms for inputting details• Enable creation of movable asset entries, with fields for mobility–specific data, ensuring compatibility with interface requirements. Include validation rules and automated asset ID generation compatible with interface requirements.• Allow viewing and updating of movable asset records, featuring tracking of location changes and Realtime updates, supported by audit trails and synchronized with interfaced systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026
