Description
The work in general consists of the Base Schedule and fourteen alternates. The work on the Base Schedule consists of: replacing asphalt concrete surfacing (digouts), placing hot mix asphalt overlay, and the placement of pavement striping along various roads in Yuba County. The fourteen alternates work consists of work on several County Services Areas and adjustment of utilities in two Public Utility Districts. The work on the County Services Areas consists of: replacing asphalt concrete surfacing (digouts), placing hot mix asphalt overlay, grading, and the placement of shoulder backing material along various roads in Yuba County. The work in the two public utility areas consists of adjustment of manholes, water valve boxes, and sewer clean outs. Other such items or details not mentioned above that are required by the plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions, and as directed by the Engineer, shall be performed, placed, constructed or installed.
