Project Title The Washington Convention and Sports Authority t/a Events DC is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide Lenel Access Control Modernization And Infrastructure Upgrade Services at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) has a thirty-five percent (35%) set-aside for a Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) as required under the provisions of “The Small and Certified Business Enterprise Development and Assistance Amendment Act of 2014” (the “Act”), effective June 10, 2014.
