(1) Vendor needs to provide security system and access control system upgrade services to the government authority located in Des Moines, IA.– Card reader and access hardware deliverable.– Automatic door operator deliverable.– Motion detection deliverable.– Furnish and install all cabling, wiring, conduit, cable trays, and junction boxes required for new devices.– All system programming, device enrollment, commissioning, and full event alarm reporting.– Operator must be fully integrated and compatible with existing Hirsch relay output board and physical access security system.– Provide and install rated fire caulking and other approved firestopping material at any location where penetrations are made through a fire–rated barrier.(2) This bid is set–aside for total small business.
