Request For Proposal ("RFP") Property Management Services at Duke Ellington School of Arts

The District of Columbia Government (the “District”), acting by and through its Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”) Division of Contracts and Procurement is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to engage a single qualified Contractor to provide comprehensive Property Management Services including facility Operations, Maintenance and Repair Services (“OM&R”) at Duke Ellington School of the Arts, located at 3500 R Street, NW, Washington DC 20007. All services shall be conducted in accordance with the Scope of Work Section [C] of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the District of Columbia’s Department of General Services Standard Contract Provisions (“SCP”) for Supplies and Service Contracts, January 2016 Exhibit E.1 , and other associated Contract Exhibits and Solicitation Attachments listed in Section [J] of this RFP and the proposed Contract.
