Request for Proposals for Property Management Services

General work description: The City of South San Francisco (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified property management firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations (“Property Manager”) to provide residential and commercial property management services with respect to the properties (“Properties”) listed in the section below and described in Exhibit A of the RFP. In general, the Property Manager selected as a result of this process will provide rent collection, eviction, inspection, maintenance and repair, tenant move in/out, and financial services and thereafter work cooperatively with the City, staff and consultants, to manage the Properties.
