Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide consulting and brokerage services in support of the health and welfare benefits program for 1Government Procurement Alliance Cooperative Members (Members). The broker/consultant is to perform the full range of services related to the design, implementation, management, maintenance, communication, and continuous improvement of Member benefit programs. The initial term of the resultant contract will be for one (1) year with the potential of four (4) one-year extensions.
