Window Cleaning Services

The City of Winter Park (“City”) is requesting bids for window cleaning services, including both exterior and interior cleaning, at the following locations: 1050 W Morse Blvd, Winter Park, FL 32789 (Winter Park Events Center) 1052 W Morse Blvd, Winter Park, FL 32789 (Winter Park Library) The City intends to schedule full cleanings on a triennial basis, occurring in August, December, and April each year; however, the frequency may be adjusted based on operational needs. In addition, the City is seeking bids for as-needed window cleaning services at other City facilities. All bids must include the cost of labor, equipment, and materials required to perform the services.
