(1) Vendor needs to provide professional tax consultant services to the government authority located in Bloomington, MN. • Professional tax consultant services related to its Community Health and Wellness Center construction project.• Provide regular updates on the development of the Investment Tax Credit (ITC) and any clarifications issued by federal agencies.• Provide analysis of potential reductions in tax credit rate, basis or Direct Pay amount• Review calculations of eligible credit basis and net credit amounts to be received via Direct Pay.• Review the prevailing wage and apprenticeship documentation and financial records as documentation for federal agencies (or other relevant bodies) and confirm eligibility for the 5x bonus.• Obtain, review, and ensure compliance with all aspects of the Federal Entities of Concern requirements for all solar PV projects, if applicable.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 11, 2026 (3) Vendors will need to pay and register on the tendering authority's website in order to obtain the RFP document without a watermark.
