The City of Cottonwood (the “City”) intends to relocate its chief administrative offices—City Hall—to a 20,000 SF, two-story former medical building located at 651 Mingus Avenue, Cottonwood, AZ (the “Project”). In accordance with Cottonwood Municipal Code §§ 3.08.010 through 3.08.090 (the “Procurement Policy”), the City will accept sealed SOQ for the Services specified in the Scope of Work.
