DEBT-2141 - USA (Michigan) - Debt Management and Capital Financing Advisory Services - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide debt management and capital financing advisory services to the government authority located in Michigan.• Assistance in structuring of the agency borrowing programs• Assistance in managing the agency outstanding debt• Liaison with the national recognized rating agencies• Scheduling and management of all bond sales•  Assistance in bond pricing• Coordination of relationship with financial institutions and the acquisition by the agency ofletters of credit, liquidity facility and bond insurance as required• Assistance with other debt and capital financing related matters as needed• Evaluating the agency treasury operations and banking relationships and providingrecommendations for strategic enhancements• Assisting in the preparation of arbitrage rebate calculations, as needed• Other duties as assigned(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for Three years.
