AV Partner

The State Universities Retirement System (“SURS” or the “System”) is soliciting proposals for a qualified and experienced audiovisual partner to design, install, and support AV systems across our two locations at 1801 and 1901 Fox Drive, Champaign, Illinois. The purpose of this RFP is to establish a long-term partnership with a provider who can design and install a new AV system for our Training Room as well as provide ongoing technical maintenance and support for our existing AV systems. SURS would also like our current sound masking to be extended into the newly renovated areas to provide consistency across all areas. SURS recognizes that no single Vendor may be able to provide all the services, and multiple awards may be issued as a result of this RFP. Vendors are permitted to bid on one or more of the items listed. It is anticipated that SURS will enter into a 3-to-5-year contract with the awarded Vendor.
