Event Venues for Tucson Unified School District

As a large urban school district, Tucson Unified School District (TUSD) seeks to partner with hospitality vendors and venues to provide the space and services needed for the various districtwide conferences and events that TUSD holds yearly. TUSD is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide hospitality and conferencing spaces for various events throughout the year. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for offering conference spaces capable of accommodating anywhere from 50 to 1,000 participants. The spaces must be equipped with audiovisual (AV) facilities and provide a diverse menu of meal and snack options. Given the diverse needs of the district, each department will analyze the different vendor options and select the most adequate venue to meet their needs, space and budget. Proposals must include a menu of options that district departments can utilize to select the best venue to meet their needs.
