(1) Vendor needs to provide on–site asset management physical inspection services to the government authority located in Chicago, IL. – Perform physical site inspection services for multifamily affordable housing developments within agency’s portfolio. – Inspections may also include follow–up or recurring activities as conditions warrant.– Related services will support agency staff's current efforts to prevent or eliminate backlogs.– Scheduling and notifications.– Conduct comprehensive physical inspections of existing multifamily affordable housing developments.– Conduct re–inspections of units previously inspected to verify if violations or deficiencies have been adequately corrected.– Conduct extended use period inspections.– Qualified contract inspections.– Resident concern inspections.– Software.– Reporting.– Conduct work order reviews.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
