Organizational Change Management Service

The City of Phoenix (City) Water Services Department (WSD) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQu) to establish a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) of firms with demonstrated experience and expertise in leading, managing, and executing Organizational Change Management (OCM) services as outlined in this solicitation. The QVL will serve as a prequalified pool of vendors eligible for consideration on a project-by-project basis. The WSD anticipates selecting one or more firms from the QVL to provide services for individual projects, as needs arise. Selection for specific projects will be based on project requirements, vendor qualifications, availability, and other relevant factors.
