Construction of Downtown Dumpster Enclosures

The City is soliciting contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to complete the construction of downtown dumpster enclosures. The work generally includes installation of temporary erosion and sediment controls; selective demolition and removal of existing curb, sidewalk, asphalt, pavers, and appurtenances; construction of new and modified concrete flatwork (including reinforced pads, driveway/approach areas, sidewalk, and ADA ramp tie-ins); curb installation and transitions; brick paver restoration; and required utility adjustments/relocations and coordination with utility owners to clear conflicts and maintain services. Work also includes restoring disturbed areas, and final cleanup.
