The City of Apopka is seeking Bids from qualified firm(s) (Supplier/Contractor), for 'Project Title , 'Project ID to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time . Late responses will not be accepted. The City intends to award a bid and issue a signed Purchase Order to the lowest qualified Bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all irregularity in any bid. This is for the Construction of Downtown Apopka Trail Phase I, which is a CRA funded project. The 10-foot wide trail runs on Michael Gladden from Park Ave. to Hawthorne Ave., north to W. 5th Street, east to Marvin C. Zanders Ave., and also runs along S. Central Ave. between E Michael Gladden Blvd. and E. Station St.
