SHIP Home Construction-1068 Trammel Blvd. - HUD

Notice is hereby given that the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for demolition of existing single-family dwelling and construction of new single-family dwelling located at 1068 Trammel Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32505 per attached plans and written specifications. Federal funds are being used to rehabilitate this property. The Federal Compliance Packet must be submitted as part of Bid Package. Contractor may not be debarred from participating in Federal programs in order for bid to be awarded. The Homeowner is responsible for the removal of all belongings/furnishings from the designated work areas prior to the start date. A Notice to Proceed will be issued once the homeowner has vacated the property. The Contractor is not responsible for removal of Homeowner’s trash and/or discarded belongings or furnishings. Items left within the unit become the property of the Contractor.
