(1) Vendor needs to provide ERP software and implementation solution. • Software vendors, implementation partners or software resellers who can demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional, and technical capabilities to provide an enterprise resources planning system that meets needs• Design, installation, implementation, and commissioning of the ERP system, including development of user acceptance testing scripts, training, system integration and connectivity to existing systems as well as supporting the system long term.• Modernize technology both internally and with utility customers• Utilize a single source of data as much as possible• Reduce the number of best of breed solutions• Enhance both internal and external access to data• Improve internal processes• Reduce/eliminate customizations, work arounds, manual processes, and off–system data• Unify workflow and processes wherever possible(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
