Professional Services for Code Enforcement Officer Consultant

The City of Moreno Valley (City) has identified a need for highly qualified consultants to provide Code Enforcement Officer consultant services on an as-needed basis. These services will be used to supplement the City’s staff, sustain City’s standards of Customer Care, and augment City services with City residents. Therefore, City requires the services of a well-qualified professional services provider (Provider) to provide Code Enforcement Officer consultant services on an as-needed basis as detailed in the Scope of Services section to be awarded in Fall 2023. This program is expected to commence on November 1, 2023, and continue for a term not to exceed five years, through June 30, 2028, contingent upon annual budget allocations.
