25-0289-RFP Emergency Feeding Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is for Pinellas County Government (County) to acquire feeding service on an as-needed basis. The County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide feeding during emergencies when Pinellas County. The number of personnel requiring feeding and the locations of feeding stations may vary depending on the event. This work can extend from 12 to 24 hours per day. FEMA grant requirements are included with this contract as emergency events may qualify for FEMA reimbursement to the County. Please review the attachments provided One or more firms may be awarded contract (s) to meet these diverse requirements. The contract may require on-site cooking at two or more county locations. Food Prep Sites: County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) 10750 Ulmerton Road, Largo, FL 33778 Fully Equipped Kitchen Public Works Emergency Response Building (ERB) 22211 U.S. 19 North, Clearwater, FL 33765 Fully Equipped Kitchen Additional Locations may be added if and when needed. Due to the sporadic occurrence of emergency activity, the County does not guarantee the placement of any orders under this contract.
