Emergency Feeding Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is for Pinellas County Government (County) to acquire feeding service on an as-needed basis. The County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide feeding during emergencies when Pinellas County "activates". The number of personnel requiring feeding as well as feeding locations may vary based on the event. This work can extend from 12 to 24 hours per day. FEMA grant requirements are included with this contract as emergency events may qualify for FEMA reimbursement to the County. Contract(s) may be awarded to one or more firms to meet these diverse requirements. The contract may require on-site cooking at two county locations. Food Prep Sites: County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) 10750 Ulmerton Road, Largo, FL 33778 Fully Equipped Kitchen Public Works Emergency Response Building (ERB) 22211 U.S. 19 North, Clearwater, FL 33765 Fully Equipped Kitchen Due to the sporadic occurrence of emergency activity, the County does not guarantee placement of any orders under this contract.
