Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to develop a long-term contract (up to five years) with a reasonable number of qualified firms to provide camp-style facilities and related services for Band, Science, Athletics, Pom and Cheer, Leadership, and other groups in accordance with all terms, conditions, and scope of work requirements identified herein. Qualified firms should have experience and expertise in providing the requested facilities and services. Motorcoach service from Mesa to the camp location is not included in this solicitation.
