Educational Camp Facilities - Supplemental

This RFP is a SUPPLEMENT to RFP 23-34MP Educational Camp Facilities. If you responded to RFP 23-34MP Educational Camp Facilities, you do NOT need to respond to this RFP. Please note, this solicitation and subsequent contract is for use by Mesa Public Schools and members of the SAVE Consortium. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to develop a long-term contract (up to five years) with a reasonable number of qualified firms to provide camp-style facilities and related services for Band, Science, Athletics, Pom and Cheer, Leadership, and other groups in accordance with all terms, conditions, and scope of work requirements identified herein. Qualified firms should have experience and expertise in providing the requested facilities and services. Motorcoach service from Mesa to the camp location is not included in this solicitation.
