(1) Vendor needs to provide content management system.– Open–end contract for the continued licensing, maintenance, managed cloud hosting, andprofessional services support of its existing enterprise content management environment, which currently operates on the Hyland OnBase platform.– Maintain and support the existing platform.– Provide a secure, managed cloud hosting and storage environment for the system.– Supply additional Hyland OnBase user licenses, third party integration utilities, and profession staff augmentation on an as–needed, open–end basis.– Vendor’s proposed licensing, hosting, and support services must ensure that users continue to process work more efficiently, faster, and more accurately than with traditional paper processing.– Content management software must have the following base core features:– Users or integrators must be able define and configure document states, rules, actions, notifications, and lifecycles with a comfortable Windows interface.– Must be entirely point–and–click configurable by users without the need of programming, to allow for quick implementation. Processes must be easily added or adjusted at the document, process, group, or enterprise level by specified users or administrators.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
