Web Content Management System

General work description: The scope of work for this RFP is to deliver a Web Content Management System that meets both the existing and future needs of Sacramento County Internet and Intranet sites. The procured system will replace the in-house web content management system that is maintained and operated by the Sacramento County Department of Technology and ancillary server systems required to develop and host county websites for both county employees and the public. This includes on-going support and maintenance for the WCMS solution if hosted and Implementation services during development, configuration, deployment, and stabilization phases. If migration is an available service offering, please provide cost detail in Appendix I – Pricing. The County seeks a fixed price contract. It is the expectation of the County that the proposed pricing will be highly competitive.
