(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud infrastructure migration and modernization services.– The modernization of its current IT infrastructure by migrating from an on–premises server environment to a cloud–based Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environment.– Support a phased migration strategy that includes:• Microsoft 365 licensing review and optimization. • Entra ID cleanup and preparation. • Intune implementation and device management standardization. • Azure infrastructure deployment. • Migration of user devices and profiles. • Data migration to Azure Files. • Deployment of Azure–hosted Microsoft Dynamics infrastructure. • VPN and secure connectivity setup. • User support throughout the migration • Decommissioning of legacy on–premises systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
